For networks
One network, many organisers, one till
Venue Pass is multi-organisation from the ground up. A network holds its own promoters underneath it, and each one sees only their own.
The model
- A hierarchy, not copies
- Sub-organisers are not separate installations. They live under the network, with their own events, users and tickets.
- Isolation the server enforces
- Every query is scoped per organisation in the API. On-screen filtering is never what keeps the data apart.
- Merchant of record
- The network can be the legal seller for online sales, with shared payment details held above.
- Oversight without switching accounts
- Move between organisations from the same profile, and see events across all of them if you are entitled to.
NETWORK
Your promoter network
Holds the payment details, sees every event underneath, and can be the legal seller online.
Promoter A
4 EVENTS
SEES ONLY ITS OWN
Promoter B
2 EVENTS
SEES ONLY ITS OWN
Promoter C
7 EVENTS
SEES ONLY ITS OWN
Sub-organisers are not separate installations and not separate logins to remember. They live under the network with their own events, users and tickets, and the separation is enforced in the API — not by hiding rows on a screen.
