Scenarios

Five nights, five different doors

The same system, set up differently each time.

FIGHT

Fight night, 400 seats, two people on the door

Staff turn up half an hour before and install nothing. You stand up two browser gates, send the links, and they scan from their own phones. After the shift, you revoke the gates.

Two browser gates, links sent by message, revoked at 02:00.

FESTIVAL

Three entrances, one crowd

Each entrance gets its own device slot and gate name. Scans are recorded per gate, so you can see which entrance has a queue and move staff to it.

Three device slots, one gate name each, one live board.

NETWORK

Six promoters under one network

Each runs their own events and cannot see the others. Online sales go through a shared payment gateway, with the network as the legal seller.

One network, six sub-organisations, shared payment details held above.

BOX OFFICE

Paying at the door, nothing pre-sold

Half the crowd arrives unannounced. You issue a ticket on the spot and print it on a thermal printer; they walk in with a valid QR in hand.

One batch marked as door sales, a thermal printer at the desk.

GUEST LIST

Guest list and sponsors

A separate zero-price batch, so comps never get mixed up with sales — not in the numbers, and not in the history.

A zero-price batch named guest list, counted separately everywhere.
